Executive search services
ISR performs contingency searches for clients to identify qualified
candidates for their full-time, internal IT and
Engineering positions. There is a
contingency placement fee if ISR is successful in referring a candidate
who accepts an offer of full-time employment with a client. The fee
for contingency searches is 25% of the employees
starting
salary. Our guarantee for direct hire placements
is ninety days from the start date of the new employee. If the employee
resigns or is terminated, within ninety days of the start date, ISR will
find an acceptable replacement.
Contract to full-time employee program
We offer our clients the option of converting an
ISR contractor to a full-time, client employee
through our aggressive contract to direct hire
program. This program allows clients to evaluate the performance of a
contractor as a potential employee while reducing the placement fee through
time. This is accomplished according to the following placement fee
schedule:

Off-site out sourcing solutions
In addition to providing qualified contract IT
and Engineering personnel for on-site
client projects, ISR offers an off-site outsourcing solution to client
companies. This off-site solution is an effective method to help
clients elevate their application backlog. We have the expertise to
manage sub-projects or complete projects which ever is most beneficial
to our clients. The work is performed at our facility under our management
and involves regular project reviews with the client management team to
ensure all project milestones are completed correctly and on time.
